Blood Work Analysis
Blood work plays an integral role in fitness, yet is never really delved into the extent it should be. Moreover, most traditional doctors won’t interpret blood work in a way that’s applicable for optimal performance. For every client I work with, I stress the importance of getting up-to-date blood work done. It gives us extremely valuable information and, when utilized to develop a diet and training plan, provides comprehensive framework which elevates the status of said programs. It doesn’t get more customized than taking a look at a client’s blood work and creating a plan specific to their needs. I encourage everyone to get blood work done regularly and learn how this information can be of benefit. A healthier body means a better body, which in turn translates to better performance, and thus better results.
